Admin - Freeze keys

This API endpoint requires an API Key with at least one of the following Roles: SystemAdmin | KeysFreezer

Freeze keys in the system. You can freeze all keys or provide a list of specific keys to freeze. If you set the keys option, you must provide the list of keys. This will prevent key operations from being performed until the keys are unfrozen. It can be used as a kill switch to stop the keys from signing in case of a infra breach or a security incident.
